• Day 1 remains arrival-led and flexible.
• General Ganga Aarti may be experienced on Day 1 if time permits.
• Sunset Boat Ride, Sunrise Boat Ride, and Yajmaan participation in Ganga Aarti are available only on request at additional cost.
• Lunch, dinner, and puja samagri are to be managed by the devotee.
• Darshan sequencing may be adjusted based on temple timings, crowd flow, and local conditions.

Cancellation & Refund

• 15 or more days before the travel date: full refund, less applicable payment-gateway and processing charges.
• 8 to 14 days before the travel date: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
• 7 days or fewer before the travel date, or a no-show on the day of travel: non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the travel date, subject to availability. Any difference in package rate for the new dates is payable by the devotee.

Temple Darshan & On-Ground Conditions

Darshan timings, sequence, and access are governed by temple authorities and local administration. Closures, VIP movement, heavy crowds, or sudden restrictions are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund. In such cases, our team will arrange an alternate darshan time or sequence wherever possible.

Force Majeure

In case of natural calamity, government restriction, strike, or other events beyond our control, the journey will be rescheduled or issued as a travel credit. Cash refunds are limited to amounts recoverable from our service providers.

Hotel & Pre-Booked Services

As hotel stay and certain services are reserved in advance, refunds are subject to the cancellation terms of the respective hotel and service providers. Where a supplier charge is non-recoverable, it will be deducted from the refundable amount, even within the windows above.

How to Request a Refund

Write to us at support@swadharma.online or message us on WhatsApp with your booking ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Journey Flow

This journey is not built on a fixed day-wise format. The flow is curated after consultation and can be shaped according to the number of days, pace of travel, choice of stay, ritual requirements, and the kind of spiritual experience the devotee seeks.

Each Concierge journey is planned individually, based on arrival schedule, preferred darshan flow, desired rituals, comfort needs, and the overall pace at which the devotee wishes to experience Kashi.

• Private boat rides, special rituals, premium stay options, and extended support can be arranged on request.

• Concierge journeys are individually planned with premium stays, private arrangements and special rituals reserved on your behalf. Cancellation and refund terms defined in your confirmed custom quote take precedence over the standard windows above.
• Advance amounts paid to secure premium stays, private boats or special rituals may be non-refundable once booked.
