Q1. What exactly is included in a Swadharma darshan package? 

Every Swadharma itinerary is crafted end-to-end so you arrive at the temple and not ata logistics puzzle. A standard package includes: all inter-city transfers in AC vehicles, airport/railway pickups, temple-visit scheduling with estimated wait times, priest coordination where applicable, a dedicated tour manager, and Swadharma 24×7 on-call support. Add-ons such as helicopter segments, Sugam Darshan seva slots, pujas, prasadam parcels and photography are available on most routes and on order.

Q2. Can a Swadharma itinerary be customised to my family's needs? 

Yes — more than 70% of Swadharma

Q3. Does Swadharma arrange VIP darshan or special-entry seva tickets? 

For temples where a Sugam Darshan /seeghra/ protocol channel officially exists — Tirupati TTD, Somnath, Mahakaleshwar, Kashi Vishwanath, VaishnoDevi and several others — Swadharma assists with booking subject to availability on your travel date. For shrines that do not have a paid Sugam Darshan route (e.g., Kedarnath, Badrinath), we optimise timing, queue strategy and priest coordination so you get the smoothest possible darshan without compromising devotional ethics.

Q4. What kind of on-ground support is available during a Swadharma journey? 

Every traveller gets a Swadharma care manager assigned before departure who is reachable on call and WhatsApp around the clock. On the ground you have a local coordinator at each city, a trained tour manager for groups of 10+, and emergency escalation to a medical and evacuation partner. If weather, darshan timings or darshan tokens change at the last minute — common in the Himalayan circuit — our team replans for you in real time.

Q5. Is Swadharma suitable for senior citizens and first-time pilgrims? 

Absolutely — it is the single largest segment we serve. We engineer comfort-first pacing, oxygen support at high-altitude temples such as Kedarnath and Badrinath, doctor-on-call, ground-floor room priority, and vegetarian Jain/Sattvik meals on request. Helicopter and ropeway options are available on Chardham routes to minimise walking.

Q6. What is Swadharma's cancellation and refund policy? 

Cancellations more than30 daysbefore departure are refunded in full barring a small processing charge. 30–15 days, 50% is refundable. 14–7 days, 25%. Inside 7 days, the booking is generally non-refundable, however
Swadharma will always attempt a travel-date shift or credit note so your money is not lost. Force-majeure events (weather closures at Kedarnath, shrine shutdowns, etc.) follow a separate no-questions credit-note policy.

Q7. Are meals and dietary preferences taken care of? 

Yes — all Swadharma packages are vegetarian by default. We can arrange Jain, Sattvik (no onion/garlic), diabetic-friendly, and gluten-free meals on request.
