Cancellation & Refund

15 or more days before the travel date: full refund, less applicable payment-gateway and
processing charges.
- 8 to 14 days before the travel date: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
- 7 days or fewer before the travel date, or a no-show on the day of travel: non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the travel date, subject to
availability. Any difference in package rate for the new dates is payable by the devotee.
Temple Darshan & On-Ground Conditions
Darshan timings, sequence, and access are governed by temple authorities and local administration.
Closures, VIP movement, heavy crowds, or sudden restrictions are outside our control and are not
grounds for cancellation or refund. In such cases, our team will arrange an alternate darshan time
or sequence wherever possible.
Force Majeure
In case of natural calamity, government restriction, strike, or other events beyond our control, the
journey will be rescheduled or issued as a travel credit. Cash refunds are limited to amounts
recoverable from our service providers.
Hotel & Pre-Booked Services
As hotel stay and certain services are reserved in advance, refunds are subject to the
cancellation terms of the respective hotel and service providers. Where a supplier charge is
non-recoverable, it will be deducted from the refundable amount, even within the windows above.
How to Request a Refund
Write to us at support@swadharma.online or message us
on WhatsApp with your booking ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
within 7 to 10 business days.
